As an employee of Scandic (Palace) it is the first time I sleep in Scandic Copenhagen, everything is superlative. Perfect cleanliness, everything detailed, super friendly and professional reception, the waiters at the Bar (Cristian) very friendly and served us cocktails, and extra peanuts. Fine hotel, nice staff. Rooms are very quirky, a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors. Other than that, breakfast is the same every day, not a single variation and much too busy. Might be at the time of year. Bathroom, you hear upstairs and you hear very well, further free basic. And no locker room in the room. We had a junior suite and no locker room for six days, that's pretty much a lapse with two full suitcases.... View all feedback.
