Not only were the two ladies working there reluctant to serve me when I placed my order in German, and afterwards they said they didn't speak English (so I ended up making signs in order to explain what I wanted to have), but one...of them literally shouted at me when I asked her whether it was possible to warm up my sandwhich. She said I should've asked for that when I ordered it in the first place. It happened at the Oebels café near the bus station in Aachen.
Lack of care
It could be the carnival which ended the day before our visit but we did not enjoy it. The floor was not clean and looked as if rubble had spilled from the stre...
