"Stayed 5 nights in a double room facing the courtyard. Customer service is above and beyond, service with a smile from everybody, nothing is too much trouble. The lady at the breakfast buffet was very helpful and made us feel at home. Great variety of food. Only ate in the restaurant once (burger) but very tasty. Bikes can be hired free of charge at the hotel (no E-bikes) but the area is pretty flat, and swimming lakes/river not far away. Quiet town, free parking and beverage vouchers for re-using your towels. I personally would like to see some sort of air condition or ceiling fan for air circulation as it was pretty warm at night, even with windows open. The shower water pressure was too low. Fridge cooled fine. Everything was clean. Walk to S-Bahn 10 minutes, takes 20 minutes to Augsburg. Supermarket around the corner, as well as all essential services. Would stay again. Thank you to all staff!"
