What driz95 doesn't like about Fruit Tree Coffee Shop:
Went for breakfast. Was underwhelmed. Terribly average for the bacon eggs cheese avocado sandwiches. Bacon was overfried and only a rash to each thick sandwich which was sad, to say the least. Decent coffee. Their smoothies, vegan shakes, cakes and cookies etc LOOKED nice but we didn't try those so can't comment on those. Cramped seating outside. There are better places within striking distance. read more.

I absolutely love the food menu at this Coffee shop. It has deliciously prepared dishes every option you choose!! Choices include beetroot, avocado and quinoa....

"Great place for coffee and Thai food. When you go ahead, go through the kitchen and on the back deck. The lady who runs the restaurant is a home-style cook and the food has authentic flavors from the south. I would definitely recommend the Snapper with 3 flavors (sweet, sour and spicy) and the morning glory with fermented beans. It was delicious! Coffee is fresh and satisfying."

"We were here twice because of very tasty food and great service. Even if they didn't have something (f.e. chopsticks or beer) they went to the shop and buy. All dishes we have ordered were great and you don't have to wait long, like in other restaurants on the island."

"I had pad thai and fried tomorrow wonderfulness here and especially the tomorrow wonderfulness was delicious. also my friends liked their vegan foods. the prices seem to be cheaper than in other restaurants that have similar menus, except other restaurants in the usually do not have such a good vegan section if they have it at all. yawee is not a chic restaurant, but it is an open air restaurant on the main street near lanta animal welfare without interior architecture or other dinge that make more expensive in the regular restaurants. this place concentrates on good Thai food. when we arrived there at sunset, the place had only a few customers, but in about 15 minutes he was full. then it took a long time to get our food. so perhaps the place is crowded during sunset (only high season, on the next season many places close, because there are not many tourist.) I visited yawee in februar 2020."

"Had the chance to eat here a couple of times and even order to-go during my stay in Koh Lanta. The owner is so sweet and has help from one other person and they do everything on their own. The food taste fresh and delicious. One of the best jams I’ve had and the ice Thai is also great! I always looked forward to eating here and I’m sad to be leaving. Will definitely come back when I visit again!"
