all brote are vegan (not the baked,) like sourteigwebs, rolls, ciabattas and brezels. the brote are fresh, homemade and tasty and the owner is very helpful. because vegan brot on the island is quite difficult to find, this is a great place to know. I don’t leave bad reviews often, but it must be said that the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon breakfast is disgusting. The cream was overwhelming and the tiny bell-peppers made it even worse. The salmon seemed cooked. Apart from that, the sourdough selection in the bakery is good, the staff is nice and the seating area pleasant. View all feedback.
