I ordered fried tofu with vegetables on rice. I paid 120 Baht which is a reasonable price although the portions were quite small.
The food didnt taste bad but the portion was TINY! As in, suuuupertiny. Paid 120 baht for a teenytiny bit of tofu and white rice

"Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. If you only have one food experience on Koh Tao, this is the one to have. The food in Trust the Chef was brilliant I don’t usually go for degustation type meals but this one is well worth it. The food is so obviously made with thought and care and is delicious. By the end I couldn’t fit in another bite. Chris, Chayaphon and staff were so warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were able to cater for a vegetarian amongst our group without losing any of the flavours and I loved the introduction of every dish. Wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful location. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Really well done perfect substitutes without losing any of the wonderful flavours or textures."

"Popularly known as DON PATO. Ask for plate number 3 with rice, roast duck and that “soy bean paste” sauce that is addictive! Large format and with extra egg. What a rich thing! We also ordered the duck with noodles and the same sauce (10/10) and the duck pad thai (8/10)! They are nice and even if there is a queue they seat you quickly because the place is big. "Ate at this place three times in Feb’20. Great selection of dishes, big portion sizes and a very helpful host. Would especially recommend to those looking for Vegan options for Thai dishes. Unfortunately the place had been closed for a month when I visited this time in Jun’20. Hope they open again soon "
