The lady with the SPECTACLE in the reception really need to undergo hospitality training. She doesn't even accept her mistakes. The way she say sorry was hilarious (we maybe at fault but who told you not to place orders at one go). This is not the first time I'm encountering her ungraciousness behaviour.
