We have visited this many times and is usually our breakfast halt on this highway. It is more expensive than the city restaurants run by the same management. It is located in a food court come shopping arena. The place is clean and for a big group you can pull chairs and tables together. read more.

What User doesn't like about Maiyas Restaurant:
A big notice has been put up near the cash desk - "Due to GST, 18% extra". So I enquired the cashier as to why is this extra?! Wasn't the tax not included in the earlier price. They laughed shamelessly and admitted that the old price(including tax) has been made new net price and GST has been added on top of it. The Maiyas Restaurant is indeed a good choice, which is also seen by the previous visitors with an average assessment of 3.

We found hair in Rava Idli....waiters didn't care about it. On top of that we were also billed for the HAIR RAVA IDLI. Best avoided if you care for your health

"While driving from Bangalore, towards Tirupati, this place is ideally located about an hour‘s drive from KR Puram. This place is a food court and has many outlets such as Maiya’s, Dominos, McDonald’s etc. I had breakfast at Maiya’s and the food was nice and hot. The vadas were crisp and the idlis soft. The dosa was nice too and very crispy. This place has been developed as a food court on the highway with many amenities such as petrol bunk, children’s play area, supermarket, a little shopping and facilities. It’s an ideal stop on this highway it makes sense to stop here for a quick bite and refreshments."
