The staff in the restaurant were outstanding. Special recognition to Bijil and his team. Went out of their way to provide excellent service. Major hôtels/ hôtel chains need to value and appreciate their staff. These staff were run off their feet and could not address the needs of guests due to a special event that hosted a large number of people over 3days. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Keraleeyam By The Raviz:
This restaurant offers the best ambience in Kollam and has a decent range of food. However, service levels need to improve along with the quality of the dishes. The restaurant can get crowded during peak hours and it's best to avoid visiting at these times.
