Disappointed completely. The staff is incompetent. I placed an order, they accepted it, they said it would be delivered in an hour or ten. Waited an hour and a half, no order. I called back, apologizing, they offered to wait another hour. Are you kidding me????? And this is not the first time. Already had to wait 2.5 hours. But, in general, people have plans!!!
