We stayed in Gorizia, a gastronomic trip, we identify these restaurants, YES with a capital S, we book for Sunday lunch. Already the environment upon arrival was wow, Chef Ago accommodates us directly at the table, under the climbing grapes, from there a crescendo! Fabulous cuisine! The service of the boy impeccable. This is a review for the restaurant. Excellent tasting food and a good and friendly waiter. However the super bites left me wanting more. Like hiša Franko in Kobarid and Galerija Okusov near Celje some of the Michelin rated restaurants in Slovenia leave unsatisfied after the experience.
