Used to come here a lot when I was a kid, came back almost 10 years later. There are no waffle cones for ice cream, which is very sad. The design is interesting, but it used to be Tom Jerry, which echoed in the name of the cafe. Various beautiful fish used to swim in the aquarium, now there are a couple of half-dead fish that barely live. But the ice cream is delicious, desserts and cocktails too. View all feedback.

We were there last weekend. The ice cream is good. And this, perhaps, is all the advantages of this establishment. We were the only ones in the room, however, there were dirty dishes on some tables. It was not possible to pay with a bank card. The young man at the checkout insisted on paying by online bank transfer or in cash.
