the labels on this place are wrong — this is not a dedicated GF plant, as they have some flourtortillas for a few articles like the burritos. that said a large part of the items are available gf and the owner was happy to ask the kitchen to wash/clean surfaces before preparing my food. tacos were phenomenal. the bark and avocado tacos were particularly amazing. they are not a dedicated gluten-free plant because they have tortillas that they serve with burritos and fajitas. I've been testing my food with the Nima device. the yuca fries were gluten-free. the Katarina salad was contaminated with gluten. if you have a zöliakie, be careful! the server has not understood about cross-contamination.
