From the outside the hotel looks very nice, however we waited over an hour for a caesar salad & a bratwurst with french fries & vegetables. We were offered dry bread before the meal with no butter, dressing or oils. Other customers were becoming quite irritable and one family actually gave their son some money to buy food at a fast food takeaway across the street.
