These fellers catered an event I happened to be at today and they did it right. Was particularly impressed with their mastery of chicken, typically the quinoa salad of the bbq world, but you wouldn't know it the way they cooked it up. Moist, firm, succulent. Shocked by the lack of food safety literally watched the man with the backwards hat repeatedly rub his hair then stir sides and serve food. After realising I was watching, he put gloves, on of course with out washing his hands. I ate the chicken because we paid $35 a person taste like lighter fluid. View all feedback.
