日曜日の14:00過ぎに訪問。5名の列。25分程待って入店出来ました。 「塩 味玉中華そば」¥1,000（税込）を頂きました。淡路島の藻塩を使われているそうで、そのせいかスープ等、全般的に味の輪郭がマイルドでした。ご馳走様でした。それと本日は本来載るべきアスパラが品切れとのことで、その代わりにチャーシューが載っている貴重な？バージョンとなりました。 View all feedback.
