I went to the KST branch in Ketereh, Kota Bharu for dinner. It was past over peak hours and there were very few customers. The offerings of food available are quite awesome if not for the bad service, The big boss could have apologized on behalf of the slow service given by the staff instead of bad-mouthing the customers.
