I made a village order. I ordered a large pizza and a chicken wrap. I paid $87.98. They sent my wrap to Deering under a different name. It’s ridiculous to pay $87.98 for a large pizza.I gave up calling for a refund, apparently the owner doesn’t return calls. I called four times and no response all four times. I’m sad! "The best when I walk in, club sandwich is always perfect and big, good enough meat and proportionate bread. So I know what kind they got and it tastes great to me, maybe it’s not even empress griller at all, it may be a food theif/trader. Once in a while for a order my dad will retrieve our family’s orders and bring them to our family, empress is in Kotz the place of my birth, so I frequently go to kotz yo taste the club sandwich that I love, I live in selawik the next village over and sometimes order village order, the last two times someone traded or stole/traded my club for still edible/fresh but poorly made club sandwiches in my last two orders of getting the club house sandwich. The bread was store bought wheat bread that was barely mayo’d thus when shiver put it on grill it mostly dried it rather than crisp it. It looked rushed, I understand rushes happen and ordered same thing, same kinda sandwich not like empress but not poisonous like store bought sand which meat which is fine but it wasn’t even grill at least same as the barely grilled bread. All the lettuce and tomato was good and passable, each time the sandwich in order was a normal/kinda big size. I know if retrieve the empress club sandwich I can tell that it was made at empress that’s why I keep ordering, so this time I buy two and it look like they just take a standard club and put more bread so I had two clubs but thin ones."

"Very comfortable and clean hotel. No issues at all bed was comfortable, lots of hot water, good tv reception. Hotel staff was friendly and provided lots of tourist information. Restaurant was good, short staffed. Our room overlooked the Bearing Sea. Would definitely go back and recommend it to others in the area."
