Don't go to the spa, a very small spa, it's all falling apart, half doesn't work, salt falls in the salt room, it's broken a piece of pie, and the boards fail in the bathhouse. Five stars don't even smell. The hotel needs urgent repairs, numbers and sub-trust and corridor leaks, and there are better numbers, and there are dead.
