"07/24/2023 came to a set lunch at 14:20. I've been going to this establishment for 5 years but this is the first time I've met! The blonde waitress from the beginning dropped the utensils on the table and spilled bread on my table. Then she began to shake off the crumbs from the table with a rag on me and my bag, after that she brought me new bread with pieces of earth in it! And while she was carrying a table setting sheet for another table, it fell face down and she, despite this, laid it on the people's table! Despite the fact that she dropped the uzvar and bread on the table where I was sitting, she did not even utter the word sorry! Do something with your staff because I have very little desire to go to your wonderful establishment again!"
