I was in St. Johann Im Pongau on vacation, I wanted traditional Austrian food and found this place near my hotel. Gasthof Silbergasse is a nice restaurant very convenient to central St. Johann Im Pongau. We went there for lunch and dinner. The portions are huge; we should have spilt a plate to save room for desert. The cheese plate may be shared as an appetizer;...or may be one’s main dish.
