Like any other Chili's this one also have a nice decoration for and upbeat western food restaurant. Since it is in KLCC it is a crowd hit and almost all the time quite full of patrons. But during peak and busy period, their staff do put an effort so that the customers' table waiting time is quite minimal. Kudos to that. Great food. Been here twice and both times, very good food at fair prices. The refill lemonade is great and they are very nice to ask if you want a refill.
