What J doesn't like about Kyochon 1991 Pavilion Kl:
Not bad. Was really excited to try their vegetarian options. Very surprised by their offerings, but in terms of value, I’d say it’s pricey! Portion size and pricing are not expected. Not sure if I’d get it again, but it’s great to know that KyoChon now offers vegetarian options for those who have dietary restrictions. View all feedback.
Hope can improve the service, 30% occupancy only, when I queue one of the manager saw me, he just ignore me to enter and wave his hand stopping me to enter after that, he called one of the lady staff to inform me. The cooking and waiting hour is estimated 30 to 45 min. Do I want to wait? Is this the way you chasing customers away? Is this your company practice? Service also the bad when you call them they just ignore you. Actually I really like the food is delicious. However, service that needs to improve. Thanks

The food is nice, but very poor service! raise hand to get staff attention many time, they just act like didin‘t saw us,until we stand up walk to them. Never come back to this branch anymore!
We went there with very high expectation of a good Korean Chicken but was slightly disappointed with the taste. We ordered the family pack for 3, Tteok-bokki as side order and later two sets of eight fried chicken. The Tteok-bokki really tasted great but the rest was spicy and not really balanced in the taste bud. The family pack ~RM50ish) consisted of a half chicken as they called it) a tiny bowl of rice and clear soup, clearly the volume was not sufficient if are hungry or hangry. The price was a bit on the high side, for the above meal the total damage to my valet was around RM260 including two Chinese tea and two fruit mix). Will I go there in the future? Maybe just to hang around, to kill time while sipping on their chinese tea and enjoying a bowl of Tteok-bokki.
Very delicious korean food. But the management can be improve because the workers seems so confused and don’t really do their job good enough because we are seated in the wrong seat when we came. But overall good service.
