This is truly a 老字號 (reputable) and the texture of the noodles and beef balls are just as I remembered it to be. The last time I was here, it was 10 years ago. Although, time has changed and the portion size appeared much smaller than it used to be. The ambience is much better now with air conditioned and it doesn’t feel as cramped.
