Rising Ramen from Kuching Menu

What John G likes about Rising Ramen:
I ordered the Special Kuro Ramen (RM25) and Dragon Roll (RM24) together with Japanese Green Tea (RM4). Overall, the ramen was quite good. The broth was superb actually. What paulyn b doesn't like about Rising Ramen:
The food is quite nice actually. The curry rice that I had is slightly thicker than the standard ones I usually get in a Japanese restaurant. The ramen soup is good too, better than the ones we had in Saradise. Well, this ramen is a 'YES ' to us. Kore Hontouni Oishii! Located inside a mall, this place is clean. With the comprehensive variety of coffee and tea specialties, a visit to Rising Ramen becomes even more attractive, and healthy Japanese menus are being made with lots of freshly harvested vegetables, fish and meat. But the undisputed highlight of this establishment is the tasty Sushi such as Nigiri and Inside-Out, Furthermore, the guests love the successful combination of different meals with new and partially experimental ingredients - a nice example of successful Asian Fusion.

The closest you will get to an authentic Japanese ramen in Kuching, most definitely helped by the fact that the owner is a Japanese native. It's my definite go...

"One of the highlights for my Kuching trip. The restaurant is 5 minutes from our hotel and is located on the corner of a series of quiet shops. The restaurant itself is full of cartridges. The boss/manager came to serve our table and he is really friendly and the service is top! I have to give every dish we ordered 5 stars because the taste is really tasteful. Both wagyu and pork Ibérico dishes are perfectly cooked to my preference and juicy not yet too dry. Defo goes back when I visit Kuching again. The Scallop dish is also another star of the meal, as the cook made the engraving so delicious that it simply sparks our tastes. Love love! Price could be a bit steep, but it definitely worth the price. Kudos!"

"It was a nice and amazing dinner here in Lepau. The decoration here is very nice and cozy, especially the outdoor seats. This is the place to be when you are looking for authentic local Sarawak cuisine. Each dish has its own unique taste that discolours your tastes. Ask the friendly staff for the recommendation if you think the menu is too intimidating with the choice, they are very friendly and will participate in your diet preferences. A defined must visit when you are in Kuching!"
