"Everything 's fine, the customer services by most of the staff also good, however, one of them (if I 'm not mistaken, named Nuyin) mocked me and my friends for staying in the outlet too late. I mean, I 'm totally fine if your staff can ask me directly to leave because it 's already your closing time. I also working in the F&B industry and I 100% understand the workload and tiredness. It would be nice if your staff could come to my table and just inform me that you guys want to do closing, not mocking me like, Eh kau ada rumah tak? Ada rumah? and pretend that it was to other people, while me and my friend were the only customers there. Again, I appreciate your dedication and resilience in working at Starbucks and I think maybe that attitude is because you were so tired, so rest well ya."

"Love the ambience! However the food can be better. We came during dinner time. Mushroom soup: Quite diluted. Love the grilles cheese. Wagyu steak: Somehow there's hardly beef flavour. No salt or seasoning. Deconstructed Shepard's Pie: Doesn't taste really like Shepard's pie but the lamb was good! Hence overall for this standard, the high price didnt justify. Really hope the food can be improved as we like the ambience here. Will try again for the lunch menu another time!"
