When I landed in Kochi back in 1990's The Oberoi Bar restaurant was famous as a bar and restaurant and even today they are giving good food and liquor. The restaurant is on the North end of MG Road and easily accessible, the road has become bit congested after the commencement of Metro services but the restaurant is crowded most of the time.
