bamboo tempel is a beautiful, small and very quiet tempel, ideal for a relaxed afternoon. beautiful garden area. no English spoken, but there was an English menu. there were some expensive dishes and tee on the menu, but we had a tofu court and an eggplant court for around rmb 15 each. they were very oily, and we were overloaded for rice (not on the map price) – rmb 10 for 2 small dishes. not the best meal, but ok when they visit the tempel anyway.
