Based on the name Rica² Restaurant means they used local ingredient which is famous at Menado , North Sulawesi. And they used the Rica² for grilled it's so delicious . Good service too from their staff. I ordered grilled fish (Kerapu or grouper). Price are affordable too. Point 8 from 10. View all feedback.
