Cafe On Smith - Kurunjang

Out getting groceries and needing a coffee, I was happy to see Cafe on Smith open for takeaways. Although this cafe specialises in Vietnamese food, they also have coffee which is a bonus. My coffee was actually quite good and I found the staff to be really pleasant and service was efficient. I like the look of their banh mi menu, so plan to go back to try one of their sandwiches as soon as I can.

Nice little place but unfortunately not the best place for coffee

I didn't get a chance of order their hot sandwiches because I came when they were about to close. But I got a slice of Hawaiian bbq pizza that had mock chicken. It tasted so good. Usually I don't like pizzas that aren't wood fired oven pizzas. Despite the bready crust, the flavor was good and I didn't even mind the vegan cheese on top. I think the bbq sauce really helped tie in all the elements. The slice was also VERY large. They sell vegan mock meats, snacks, cheeses and ready to go meals if you want to do some shopping there as well.

I regularly come here and this is my favourite Banh Mi place! The shop front is a bit understated but the food is super delicious. The woman who runs it is also really lovely and welcoming. they also have vegan options.
