The service I received at this establishment was outstanding. I was hosted by “Heba” this past Saturday, and she displayed amazing customer service. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. She was training another young girl while assisting me. To me this showed she has a high level of responsibility and exceptional multitasking skills. I wanted to give Heba the credit she deserves. Love it! Leave's Macca's HJ's (KFC others too) for dead with delicious food that actually looks like the pictures on the menu boards, not just thrown together from 100meters like you get from Macca's, HJ's, etc. Carl's Jr. construct and present their food with what the others lack..... professionalism (and care). Free soft drink refills unlike those mentioned above, generally well kept eating areas and bins that are not overflowing with rubbish. And most impressive of all ...... clean and fresh toilets and washrooms. I know right, hard to believe but true! Put's ALL of the other outlets to shame. Well done CJr. When it comes to fast food eateries Carl's Jr. in my opinion is the best by far. I'll drive past 7 McD's to enjoy a CJr.
