Incredible selection. We purchased a dozen pastries. None were fresh. All were slightly stale. The passionfruit cream puff wasn't choux as they are traditionally but a vanilla bun, the cream had turned and tasted fishy. In short incredible potential ruined by keeping week old stock on the shelves. A lot of skill on display, could have been great if it was fresh. Crispy, flakey pastrie makes a pastrie worth while.
