4.5 stars This was our first visit and we had a wonderful experience. The service was quick, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The standout for us was the flavourful and healthy ’bircher with mixed berry compote, seasonal fruits and freeze dried raspberries’. The waitress was also kind enough to offer us the option for shared plates, in which the chef divided the dishes in equal amounts : I recommend this place.
3.6. Fifty Acres is a good cafe on Richmond Hill. It’s a busy little place with people coming in and out all the time. There’s a limited number of tables so you need to be on your game or in luck around lunchtime. I met a friend here today for a pleasant meal. I actually grabbed the fifty acres breakfast which was a pleasant affair without smashing it out of the park. He had the baked beans which looked good too. The coffees to finish were good as well. I must admit I thought the cafe. would be a few steps above what it was given the prime Richmond location, but it is what it is. I had a good time and you can’t ask much more in life, eh.
Excellent service and cute little cafe. Had the chorizo scotch eggs for brunch. The breakfast menu is extensive and they offer a great menu that caters to all tastes. Will be back.
Beautiful, refreshing cold brew and yummy cheese and tomato crossaint this morning at Fifty Acres. They have a seriously impressive coffee setup here; baristas sure know how to execute a good espresso! Nice no fuss fast service and upbeat atmosphere

Came here on a weekday morning. Ordered the breakfast burrito and skinny latte. Breakfast burrito was the bomb, came loaded with eggs, bacon, avocado and beans. Lovely service and seating areas.
