Waited for 30 minutes and asked about my online order as the order number has suddenly disappeared from TV screen. Manager Rechecked and said it will take another 5 minutes. I understand it was busy and they need more staff. Manager could have apologised for delay but didn’t care about it. Looks like she was not happy at work. Also the staff needs to maintain hygiene hands as they were touching food with bare hands.... View all feedback.
