It's crucial in the hospitality industry. "Really nice smoked and juicy meats. Seating is only outdoors so check the weather. When I went it was windy and raining. Not a great way to enjoy some good food. I just have to go back now. "One of the best Adana kebabs in town. Every time I visit Melbourne, I make sure to stop by this shop on my first day in Melbourne and my last day. Friendly staff and great menu options. The place is always very busy so you know the inventory turnover is quite high. No need to worry about your food not being fresh. The kebabs are great as well but Adana is my favorite item here. The bread used for the rolls is not too thick and not too thin. They got it just right. I do believe the bread is made in-house. The Adana might be from a local supplier (I've heard itsfrom Tek Foods). Regardless, it's very nice. The sauces are also spot on. $9 for the Adana roll, an excellent deal in my books."
