The service is an OK but it is definitely not 5 star hotel as they position themselves. For example, from the beginning, a few items missing in toiletries, rooms are pretty basic, Stainless design of bathroom sink is questionable at best. The hotel is nice but the service was very poor paid for a three course meal but ended up with a tasting plate. Had to go out after for some normal food. Ordered a drink for dinner at the start. Had to ask 3 times where it was. Never arrived. Spa treatments were amazing but the hotel service is the worst I have ever seen. No one cares at all about the guest's.
