What T likes about Mcdonald's:
Team member taking order was also having a conversation with another team member, so what should have been a quick order was reasonable time to order but almost 3 times as long to pay by card as his conversation was more important than totalling the order and tell the customer when to tap to pay. PAKENHAM McDonalds. Serving staff polite but not enough of them. Had to wait quite a while. Two staff members on a break sitting in the dining room. Not a hood look. The dining room floor was filthy and in need of a good sweep n wash. The tables could have done with a wipe also. View all feedback.
