They were very kind when i had to run off to take my 4yo to the toilet. She continued to get my order ready and was very understanding. How you can ban a young child from using your store because he and his father complained about impropper food handling services is just disgusting treatment. I hope your other franchisers unlike the berwick one know to treat customers properly. U have lost alot of business because of the idiotic behaviour of staff.
