Really outstanding customer service today! Especially from the blonde woman with her hair in a bun who was so friendly, bubbly and helpful to us and all customers in the store. What f doesn't like about Nando's Parkmore Shopping Centre:
After consistently having my menulog orders stuffed up by another location, I tried the parkmore nandos on menulog. After 3 great menulog orders from parkmore, the incompetence from the other location appears to have spread to this location. Burger looked like it had been sat on, chips were lukewarm (being generous there) and the coke I ordered never arrived. After eating what was delivered, I tried ringing the store...
