What S doesn't like about Richmond Hill Cafe:
Convenient location and parking facility. As I've visited here for Kottu rotti,I've found it delicious though it's bit spicy. They were so generous to put more chillies,but didn't want to provide chilli paste or gravy even though I've asked. For a standard size Kottu, $12.50 is expensive and it comes with not even cutleries.The guy at the counter was really friendly,but unfortunately stingy. View all feedback.
