We stayed in Kusatsu and were surprised by the xenophobia of some of the restaurants, we do not speak Japanese and are not from Japan. We decided to walk further out from town and came to this spectacular restaurant for dinner. The beef tongue was the best we had in the 2 weeks we were in Japan.
