We went to Capri last Thursday for dinner. Such a wonderful atmosphere and so enjoyed watching the pizza base made in the beautiful clean kitchen. I love it when you can see the cleanliness and freshness of food for yourself. An additional bonus was that the Italian owners are present to ensure that all food that went out was perfect.
