Despite having a confirmed reservation, upon arrival at the hotel around 9:00 PM we found out that our reservation was canceled. We were not informed about this in advance by the staff, so we had to look for accommodation in a strange city at night. The hotel manager insisted it wasn't their fault and wasn't going to do anything about it. View all feedback.
Excellent hotel, nice and clean, good location and very helpful staff. the breakfast was also good.

We were not informed about this in advance by the staff, so we had to look for accommodation in a strange city at night. The hotel manager insisted it wasn't their fault and wasn't going to do anything about it.
We were not accepted despite having perfectly valid reservation. The manager was hostile and not helpful at all. Avoid at all cost.
