Located down north, after the Central Business District and next to the Gulf, this place has a great view and good service. They serve delicious food, coffee and shisha. Not extremely crowded and well maintained, the service is good, they serve fast and good, food comes in different varieties. If it’s getting cold they’ll provide blankets to cover and will make sure you feel good. View all feedback.

The toilet and kitchen are incredibly dirty. The municipality has never checked this place. Once seated I felt compelled to order. Because I wanted to sit in its view. I told him that the cleanest thing is a can of coke. It came in a glass filled. I wasn't sure if it was filled from a liter bottle or a can, I didn't drink it either.
