Shoutout to Callan and crew for coming to the rescue on a long weekend away with nowhere else to go. Callan went out of his way (including delaying a planned ride) to organise a new rim for my wife’s bike. This all happened on a public holiday; the shop was open from 8AM to 10AM so a couple clients and friends could come collect their bikes (this will tell you the kind of person you’re dealing with) What a legend!
