Trying to arrange a small gathering of 5 people for grandpa's 80th and it was No, we cant take bookings for less than 10 — ok no problem — I understand. I asked if they could make an exception its a special day (for us) as I wanted to put out a few balloons and make a big deal and it was No, we can to do that either..
