Mel ROCKS! She accommodates my fussy tastes in food and always presents it beautifully. Food is an experience and the quality is phenomenal — it is fresh, vibrant and totally on point. Do yourself a favor and try the butternut wrap — it is out of this world. (and her chilli sauce is utterly delicious. View all feedback.

"Champagne Castle has always been a favourite of ours and it did not let us down on this visit. We had the pleasure of staying there for three nights while over from the UK. Our deluxe room was warmly cosy and comfortable.
