I just spent 4 nights here. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is crisp. The staff very friendly, and the views from the pool deck were unbelievable. The only room for improvement would be to offer someway to heat up the rooms. The temperature dropped to 0 °C on one of the nights, and the only way to keep warm in the room was to dress up very warmly and put extra blankets on the bed. I’d return here, but not in... "Champagne Castle has always been a favourite of ours and it did not let us down on this visit. We had the pleasure of staying there for three nights while over from the UK. Our deluxe room was warmly cosy and comfortable. The bathroom, while spotlessly clean, is dated however the charming, hospitable MD Georges told us that they were in the process of organising a full refurbishment of the bathrooms. "I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Terrible WiFi in the rooms, rooms are in need of maintenance, TV audio is poor, no cutlery despite having a kitchen, only instant coffee (Ricoffy in rooms), no fruit or vegetables on offer for breakfast"
