Something seriously needs to be done about the waiting period for your order to arrive. You place an order and have to wait for hours for your food to be ready. Management really needs to look into this. View all feedback.

"Champagne Castle has always been a favourite of ours and it did not let us down on this visit. We had the pleasure of staying there for three nights while over from the UK. Our deluxe room was warmly cosy and comfortable.
