Food was good. People were nice. Place looks like a local BBQ joint and the food is good. Service was average, flies bothered me my whole meal.

"First time here...HANDS DOWN, BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!! Had beef brisket, pork ribs, sausage links, small potato salad, large beans, root beer and 2 banana puddings....$75. First of all, if you have to sauce meat, something ain't right but this place did have a mustard like base bbq sauce that was good...on the side of course. The beef brisket was melt in your mouth tender, flavorful, juicy and delicious! Pork ribs and sausage were delicious as well! Beans are made in house and you can tell, soooo good! Potato salad I'm picky about, not a fan of mustard in mine but still good. Also, you get how much ever white bread you need.... dangerous...LOLOL. Banana pudding was delicious as well! Get there early cuz the line was literally out the door! Smoky inside and you will smell like bbq all day...LOL. You can eat there or take it to go, we ate there. I cannot say enough about this place but I wish it was closer to home!"

"Experienced the most shocking customer service experience of my life! The assistant manager did an eye roll at a valid complaint and had a very aggressive demeanor. I've worked fast food so I am very considerate and thoughtful when it comes to voicing complaints which is rare to begin with so there was no excuse for her extremely unprofessional behavior. I will never go to that chain in Lockhart."

"The first time. Waited 10 minutes for each service. When we got our food, we had to wait 5 minutes to get our cutlery. Our waiter rarely showed up. We had to shut down the manager twice to get service. No refills that were never in a restaurant that did. The food was good. Why I didn't have a star. Well, I'll give him another shot later because a waitress noticed and tried to help in the end and leave us a sad note."
